Try to imagine a zero carb world where the nervous counting won’t exist? Today, we will present you several foods and groups of food that are not exactly 100% carbs free, however it’s considered that less than one kilogram net carbs per serving are almost as good as none.
The list of low carb foods is huge. The zero carb foods are more limited, mostly in the fruit and vegetable area. However there are still over 100 choices for rich satisfying meals.
USING THE NO CARB FOODS LIST
The fats are the only type of foods that have no carbs. We know that even the meats and the seafood have some trace of carbs. The foods on the following list have a very small amount of carbs – less than 1 gram. These foods are very close to zero, and plenty of people consider them as ‘no carb foods.’
The “almost” zero carb foods are a bit higher, but one serving from the list is still lower than 1g carb.
One warning: Track the servings. Even the trace amounts of carbs add up.
